Roji Health Intelligence Data Collection
Comprehensive patient data is the foundation for measuring patient outcomes, populations and the effect of interventions. We collect data from physician billing and clinical systems, hospitals, labs and other source systems—all the essential components to create a Registry that provides a solid starting point for inquiry.
We don’t end there. Roji Health Intelligence also collects and uses data from other sources available to clients, such as Medicare cost or claims data, clinical data houses in research databases, and patient-reported outcomes, as well as physician feedback to results.
Collection of Data from Disparate Physician Systems
Roji Health Intelligence collects data from almost all physician systems and integrates that data into a patient-centric database. We match patients across providers and settings for a uniform patient record to track outcomes as well as services and all interventions to improve health status. For organizations using cloud-based Electronic Medical Record systems, we work with health systems and their vendors to receive data with the content we need for good performance measurement. If you have private practices and are pursuing a Network of Value Goal [ LINK TO GOAL], Roji Health Intelligence develops a customized data collection strategy linked to your Goal and areas of clinical focus. We always keep the process economical and practical.
Source Systems for Roji Health Intelligence Data Collection
Roji Health Intelligence builds your Roji Registry database with many sources of data. We use transactional and billing data to ensure that we capture all patient data, demographics and utilization. We add vital health information, problem lists and clinical values from EHRs, hospitals and laboratory feeds, supplemented by any separate clinical databases that support physician efforts to track outcomes.
Finally, we blend external payer data, such as eligibility and claims information, to get a comprehensive view of patient services, as well as ensure correct mapping of patients to health plan measures. Collection of data will vary by Solutions that organizations have chosen to meet their goals. For example, we collect cost information only if a Solution to Lower Cost [LINK to Solution] is activated.
