We review our security regularly, updating systems, access, and backups. Roji has partnered with AWS to provide a secure and robust platform upon which the Roji Registry is built. HIPAA compliance is addressed by both AWS and Roji Health Intelligence to ensure data security and privacy:
- Registry access meets HIPAA Security and Privacy standards. We meet or exceed all HIPAA and HITECH requirements.
- Access to Roji Registry requires individual authentication and is role-based.
- We use industry standard practices for the protection of Confidential Information both at rest and in transit.
- Roji is committed to rigorous processes and safeguards for data backup.
- In addition to routine security assessments and system upgrades, we routinely work with third parties to perform outside security evaluations.
- Patient and Practice data is seen only within the client organization, as specified in our contract with you.
Roji Health Intelligence has attained a HITRUST e1 certification for its Clinical Data Registry
Roji Registry is a technology and services platform for Value-Based Care. HITRUST e1 Certification demonstrates that the organization’s Clinical Data Registry – Roji Registry is focused on the most critical controls to demonstrate that essential cybersecurity hygiene is in place. The e1 assessment is a HITRUST assessment that leverages the HITRUST Common Security Framework (HITRUST CSF) to prescribe cyber threat adaptive controls that are appropriate for each assurance type which reinforces our commitment to cybersecurity and data protection through HITRUST e1 Certification.
