Costs

Roji Health Intelligence uses volume-based platform pricing for services provided through the Roji Clinical Data Registry, so that clients have integrated analytics and services to succeed under Value-Based Care. Volume-based platform pricing adjusts based on number of patients, providers, TINs, and data sources, with economies of scale for larger groups. This reduces administrative burdens for both Roji and our clients, and lets us spend more time helping you achieve your goals. Data acquisition is priced per EHR and per TIN, and data is pushed to Roji per Roji Health Intelligence specifications. Costs are subject to individual contract and terms. A 1-3 year contract is typical.

 

Requirements

    • Updated Hardware: A 64-bit workstation, preferably no more than 5 years old, with 4+ GB RAM, and a display with at least 1024×768 resolution.

    • Updated software: A major Web browser and antivirus software.

    • A good Internet connection, preferably broadband.

    • The user will not need to purchase additional workstations, software, or licenses not included in the contract.

    • The user will not need to engage with an additional third party not included in the contract.

    • Data is collected throughout the calendar year in an agreed upon fashion, format, and schedule. The full data set must be submitted to Roji Health Intelligence LLC in a timely fashion prior to reporting, according to milestones set each year..

    • This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification, criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

    • Additional requirements subject to individual data use agreements.

 

ONC Health IT Certification for Roji Clinical Data Registry

The Roji Clinical Data Registry (fka Roji Registry) has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-Health IT) Health IT Module Certification via Drummond Group LLC, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB). Drummond Group has been empowered to test software for compliance with the requirements of the federal government’s program. The stamp of approval designates that the software offers the functionality that enables eligible providers and hospitals to meet Meaningful Use requirements, qualifying these organizations to receive payments under the ongoing EHR adoption program.

To earn the certification, Roji Registry was tested to be in accordance with applicable standards and certification criteria put forth by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

With more than 15 years of testing experience across various industries, Drummond Group LLC (DG) brings a high level of technical expertise to this process. Its healthcare experience also runs deep, having certified hundreds of EHRs since becoming an ACB in 2010.

The Roji Clinical Data Registry (fka Roji Registry), Version 2016, which met the requirements for ONC Certified HIT, was tested for Modules relating to calculation and import-export of Clinical Quality Measures, Privacy and Security features, and the use of a Quality Management System. Roji Clinical Data Registry was tested for all Clinical Quality Standards for Eligible Professionals and Eligible Hospitals. The Roji Clinical Data Registry participates  in annual ONC Real World Testing through Drummond.

Roji Health Intelligence supports both single patient and population exports.  Single patient and population exports are available free of charge for users with patient level access in JSON format.
