Roji Health Intelligence Data Aggregation Technology
Our business starts with good data, and we work with you to find it.
Comprehensive patient data is the foundation for measuring and improving Value. We collect data from provider systems, starting with billing and clinical systems, hospitals, labs, and data repositories—all the essential components to create a Registry that provides a solid entry point for inquiry.
That’s just the first step. Roji Data Services are deployed to collect and use claims data files provided by Medicare and health plans. We also process other sources generated by clients, and external data made available to us, such as research databases, patient-reported outcomes, and physician feedback.
Data Collection from Disparate Provider Systems
Roji Data Services’ data aggregation process restricts collection of data to client sources that can securely export the data in standardized formats to our specifications. Typically, we work with your technology staff to obtain easily coded, reported data formats, but we can also import QRDA I files and other standardized feeds. See our list, below, of acceptable data formats.
We integrate your patient data into a patient-centric database to capture quality measures, build and analyze episodes of care, and create patient risk registries, matching patients across providers and settings for a uniform patient record. If your organization uses cloud-based Electronic Medical Record systems, we work with health systems and your vendors to gather data with the content we need for good performance measurement. If you have private practices and are pursuing Risk, Roji Health Intelligence develops a customized data collection strategy linked to your Goal and areas of clinical focus. We always keep the process economical and practical.
Source Systems for Roji Data Services
Roji Health Intelligence builds your Roji Clinical Data Registry database with many sources of data. We use transactional and billing data to ensure that we capture all patients, demographics, and utilization. We add vital health information, problem lists, and clinical values from EHRs, hospitals, and laboratory feeds. Finally, we add external payer data through claims data, if available to you.
Collection of data varies by Solutions that your organization has chosen to meet your Goals, as well as your access to data. Data source systems include:
