Roji Health Intelligence Qualified Clinical Data Registry

Roji Health Intelligence is a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), indicating a higher performing technology that is intended to have special functions for improvement of patient outcomes. As a QCDR, Roji Health Intelligence is granted special privileges for development of quality measures, risk adjustment, benchmarking, and improving performance. Roji Health Intelligence QCDR helps you meet all four components of MACRA: Quality, Cost, Performance Improvement, and Advancing Care Information.

Roji Health Intelligence has participated in Medicare as a QCDR since 2014, the first year of the program. Roji Health Intelligence QCDR Measures add strength to your performance measurement capabilities by capturing data related to root causes of performance; ask providers to respond to hospital events such as readmissions, ambulatory care sensitive admissions, and emergency room use. Our QCDR Measures also allow you to focus on two clinical problems that contribute to other outcomes: Pain control and mental health. See Roji Health Intelligence approved QCDR Measures to evaluate the benefit to your program.

The Roji Health Intelligence QCDR harnesses the power of our advanced Roji Registry Platform, the Roji Health Intelligence Clinical Data Registry, to measure and improve performance for patients eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, or all-payer performance measurement. Because we collect and track discrete data to plot outcomes and cost results over time, our technology enables providers to see the effect of their interventions to improve care. Our Solutions to Transform Health Care Practice and Improve Performance support the implementation and attestation of MACRA MIPS Performance Improvement Activities.

The Roji Health Intelligence QCDR also is the home for Specialized Registry services, for providers to meet public health reporting requirements. Roji Health Intelligence has four Specialized Registries for reporting:

  • All Eligible Provider (accepts data from all specialties)
  • All Eligible Hospitals
  • Mental Health
  • Orphan and Rare Diseases

Our services streamline the MACRA objective to collect data from Electronic Health Records, by enabling reporting from multi-specialty groups. Roji Health Intelligence can also be a hub for your Specialized Registry reporting to various other Specialized Registries, upon request.

Take the first step to build your path to success.
